This is an intensive course intended to train and qualify students to develop or participate in the conflict mediation process. The particular focus of this program is on both traditional and non-traditional dispute options of resolution like conciliation, arbitration, mediation, and other methods. On completion of the program, students learn to be a good mediator or conciliator and are also trained with the provision of arbitration details under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
This is a classroom course and taught by eminent professors and subject experts in their respective fields. As an essential component of the course, every student needs to submit a project report on any topic related to Alternative Dispute Resolution.
