OVERVIEW
The programme is called Bachelor of Hospitality Management (B.H.M) the duration of the course is four Academic years spread over 8 Semesters. The Bachelor of Hotel Management is designed to meet the following objectives. Equip students with knowledge of and skills in both theory and management practice in the areas of Hospitality including Food Production , Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Customer Service and Facility Services. Familiarize students with the hospitality environment through internship programmes and practical hands-on training. Enable students to develop their problem-solving , analytical and communication skills . Provide a platform for students to pursue higher studies in the Hospitality arena . Recognize the importance of outstanding guest service quality, server-guest relationships, and ethics
