OVERVIEW
This one-year diploma program gives students necessary professional skills to operate in the housekeeping and laundry of hospitality operations. The course structure is composed of both theory and practice exposing students with all technicalities essential for housekeeping and laundry operations. Apart from learning, students are trained on importance of planning, organizing, inter-departmental coordination especially in front office, food and beverage maintenance departments. In addition to the above, students are made aware on importance of team work, being creative, innovative and placing customer first approach. On completion of the program, students can find employment as laundry supervisor, floor supervisor and assistant housekeeper after significant experience in the industry.
